Q. What is your favorite thing about playing volleyball at Grace?
Naomi’s Answer: “My favorite thing about playing volleyball at Grace Bible is the fact that we can integrate the Bible and grow in Christ together as a team. It is encouraging that we are all at Grace to learn to serve Christ in Church and Society and can learn to play in a way that reflects that. I love that we can learn as a team to reflect God’s light on the court and encourage each other in Christ as students, volleyball teammates, and sisters in Christ.”
Q. What are you looking forward to the most about this upcoming season?
Naomi’s Answer: “God has taught me so much through these opportunities every year and I can’t wait to see what God is going to do through this next year’s team. I am excited about the changes and growth that Grace is making on the campus and to see those changes integrated and affect us as a team as well. I am excited to return with my past volleyball team and to welcome new incoming team members.”
Q. What is your favorite volleyball memory?
Naomi’s Answer: “My favorite volleyball memory was the times our team united and played in a way that shocked other good teams. Many of those times involved playing Northland and Moody. Our team often seemed to unite in our passion to beat Northland especially and it was a great moment to be able to defeat them in a match. Our team had often seen them as our rivals. The day we beat them was a wonderful and exciting day for us and showed our potential to play as a united team.
