Lady Tigers put up Valiant Effort Against Crown College

The Lady Tigers fell to Crown College in both of their matches against them today, but they put forth great effort. The Lady Tigers lost 15-25, 20-25, 18-25 in the first match and lost 17-25, 17-25, 25-21, 12-25 in the second match. The Tigers came out fired up with a lot of energy in both matches. They played with intensity throughout, but just made a few mistakes at crucial times that cost them these two matches.

“There is one rotation that we really struggle with as a team that always seems to cause us to get in a rut. We need to tweak that rotation and a few other things and hopefully doing that will help us to excel.” Coach Masselink- Head Women’s Volleyball Coach

Match 1: Naomi Kemper led the team in attacks with 9 kills, Michelle Kamps dished out 17 assists, and Nichole Galbicsek added 15 digs.

Match 2: Naomi Kemper led the team with 7 kills and 23 digs, Aubree Domsic added in 6 kills, Michelle Kamps dished out 25 assists, Gabrielle Blickley added in 19 digs and 3 solo blocks, Megan Huff and Nichole Galbicsek both had 10 digs as well.
