Volleyball Coach Profiles

  Marcie Masselink

Head Coach

Marcie   Masselink will enter her first season as head coach for Grace Bible College   this fall. Marcie is a graduate of Cornerstone University where she played   four years. While at CU, she earned team MVP for two years, team defensive   player of the year, and was team captain for two years. Coach Masselink also   broke the career assist record at Cornerstone with 6,274 assists.

Marcie   has done a lot of coaching at different club organizations and different   schools in the Grand Rapids area.

“I am   excited to be a part of the Grace community. I look forward to working with   the players here and future players to continue to build this volleyball   program. There are great travel opportunities for the players to not only   play volleyball but to for new experiences.”

  Hannah Barry

Assistant Coach

Hannah   will start her first year as assistant coach this season. Hannah is a   graduate of East Kentwood High School and also of Davenport University. Hannah   was one of the team members of the first Davenport Women’s Volleyball team   when they started their program in 2006.

She has   previously coached at Carpe Diem. Where she enjoyed working with the players   and helping them grow both in their faith and as competitors in the game.
