(Service Training Enrichment Program)

DATES:
June 16-20, 2008

WHO:
Any high school student who has just completed their 10-12th grade years.
WHAT:
Grace Bible College’s S.T.E.P. is a unique opportunity combining academic learning with service training. Your youth will be challenged to examine the cultural relevance of the Christian in today’s society, through classroom instruction each morning. They will then go out with other high-school students to witness and experience Christian stewardship. We’ll venture into service projects around the Grand Rapids area including the Grace Bible College neighborhood. Each night wraps up with group worship, activities and daily debriefing.

WHEN:
Monday, June 16th, 3:00 - 4:30 pm: Registration.
Friday, June 20th, 10:30 ­ 11:45 am: Closing Session.

WHERE:
Students will be housed on campus. Grace Bible College students will serve as mentors and group leaders.

CREDIT:
Because Grace Bible College is a fully accredited institution we can award 1 college credit for satisfactory completion of program. We will offer a three year subject rotation which means that high school students could receive up to 3 credits for being a part of this great opportunity.

COST:
$150 ­Including room, board and college credit fee.
