Holly Haney is a native of Seattle,Washington and has decided to make the trip to Michigan, attend Grace Bible College, and play soccer in the fall.  Holly has been playing recreational soccer since she was five years old and has been on the same team since she was twelve.  This past year her team made it to the recreational state cup and Holly was one of the defenders holding down the back.  She also has enjoyed playing a bit of indoor soccer.  Besides playing soccer Holly enjoys participating in musical theatre.

“Soccer has always been an important part of my life,” stated Holly.  “Not because of the game itself, but because I am a part of a team where we hold each other accountable and always have each others’ backs.”

“The coaching staff at Grace is extremely excited to have Holly join the squad this fall,” commented Coach Vissia.  “We have solidified the attack and the midfield play through recruitment and now the back is filling in nicely as well.  I’m confident that Holly will make an immediate impact on this team, not only on the field itself but in the more important area of bringing glory to God.”
