A well played game did not result in a victory for the Lady Tigers, but down 1-0 at half-time, the home side made a great effort towards a comeback. Grace managed to get a couple of exciting tries at the opponent’s goal in the second half, but lost in the end 0-3. Goalkeeper Kerie Rudd made a number of brillant saves, totaling 20 for the game. Laura Vinton and Tabitha McIntosh recorded shots-on-goal. The play by the girls was much improved. They strung together multiple passes, and demonstrated an increased ability to control and possess the ball. Continued effort towards progressing as a team will meet with success. The team will travel Friday for a game Saturday at Lincoln Christian University.
