The women’s soccer has shown improved play of late, limiting opponents’ shot attempts to 12 in the last two matches. The defense played well again today against Ohio Christian University. The visitors were held to a goal each half as Grace lost 0-2. The players that recorded shots for Grace totaled three: Tabitha McIntosh, Tina Mattias, and Danae Benton. Benton had an especially good game playing a new more defensive position. Kerie Rudd had an excellent game in goal, making ten saves in the contest. More soccer is in store for the Lady Tigers this weekend, as Northland is in town for a match Saturday at 5:00.
