
Bree played left defensive back for the Grace Lady Tigers in their inaugural season. She did an outstanding job, demonstrating skill as an experienced player, usually assigned to mark the oppponent’s strongest striker. Bree is an Elementary Education major from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Another connection she has to athletics at the college, besides soccer, is that her mother is the Cross Country coach.

Bree gave these answers to the spotlight’s inquiry.
Question #1: What drew you to Grace Bible College and the soccer team?
I was drawn to Grace because of its strong biblical focus and close knit community.
Question #2: What was the most meaningful aspect of being part of the women’s soccer team?
Building relationships with all the girls was so enjoyable! It was a great expierence to be surrounded by kind, godly women who enjoyed playing the sport of soccer as well.
Question #3: What is your favorite memory/thing from the first season of Grace women’s soccer?
We had lots of adventures this first season of Grace women’s soccer, but my favorite thing would have to be all the trips we took on away games. I feel that the road trips helped us grow closer as a team and benefited us greatly in a variety of ways. And also they were super fun!
