The 2010 Women’s Soccer schedule was released today and the first year of women’s soccer should be a good one at GBC.  The Lady Tigers will play four of their first five games at home before hitting the road for the second half of the season.  Opening day will be September 3rd at home against the Crusaders from Maranatha Baptist Bible College.  The next day the team will be in Bluffton, OH for an afternoon contest with Bluffton University.  The Tigers will then finish out the month at home against Andrews University, Ohio Christian University and Northland International University.

Coach Summerfield will begin the month of October by traveling to  Circleville, OH to take on Ohio Christian University again and then to Berrian Springs, MI for another match-up with Andrews University.  A trip to Grayson, KY and another road game in Lincoln, IL will see the Lady’s take on Kentucky Christian University and Lincoln Christian University.  The Tiger’s will finish out the regular season with a home game against Rochester College before beginning the Midwest Regionals which is being held in Watertown, WI.

This year’s National Tournament is being held in Kissimmee, FL.
