Once a player’s college career ends, something sets in. There is an empty feeling and realization that it is over. That competitive meaningful games have come to a sudden halt. As these former players begin their careers, the passion for soccer and playing is still there. This passion has lead many former Tiger’s to continue on playing well after their college days and playing together. “It is never the same as when you played for Grace, but getting together with the guys you once played, coached, came before and after you years later to continuing to play together is special. These relationships are a result of the bonds and relationships you build while getting your education and something we are all thankful for”, stated Coach Buchanan after playing a game with former coaches, players and teammates such as Caleb Befus, Jim Shemaria, Aaron Colvin, Steven Pottorff, and Joshua Kessler.
