The potential storms were the weather forecast for kick off today, but it was a different storm that took the pitch with the weather  kept at bay.  It only took two minutes into the contest for lighting to strike in the form of a goal from Colt Nieuwenhuis (Martin,Mi), who scored in his third consecutive game.  Just after finishing his celebration, he would score again from a well place pass from Asu (Grand Rapids, Mi).  This would be more of the same throughout the match.  Also tallying goals were Nathan Colby (Hudsonville, Mi), Joshua Armstrong (Muskegon, Mi), Jordan Finn (Muskegon, Mi) with two, Chris Thompson (Hudsonville, Mi),  Cam Befus (San Antonia de Belen, Costa Rica), Andrew Clark (Traverse City, Mi) and netting an astonishing four goals in the contest was senior captain Ryan Snyder (Wyoming, Mi).   Amongst those getting assist where Josh Befus (Beloit, Wisconsin), Asu with two, Josh Armstrong with two, Colt Nieuwenhuis with two, Nathan Colby and Chris Thompson and Jordan Finn.  Kodie Palmer and Aaron Jones spent time at keeper in the contest.
