Director of Alumni Relations

The Institutional Advancement Office is seeking a qualified Grace Bible College alum to fill this part-time position of Director of Alumni Relations. This individual will provide leadership and direction for all alumni efforts of the college. The position may develop into a full-time position as certain conditions are achieved.

STAFF POSITIONS – ADULT & ONLINE

Online Services Coordinator

Bultema Memorial Library of Grace Bible College seeks a full-time Online Services Coordinator to begin August 1, 2013 This position will assume liaison duties for the Adult and Online Education programs. Responsibilities include designing and providing both general and discipline-specific information literacy instruction and tools; identifying, recommending and evaluating sources in a variety of formats; and maintaining relationships with teaching faculty in order to identify and meet evolving library needs. Evening shifts should be expected with the possibility of some weekend shifts as well.

A Master’s degree in Library Science is required. The successful candidate must also possess a strong sense of service and communication skills, technical competence, scheduling flexibility, and the ability to organize and prioritize a demanding workload. Also required: hands-on understanding of data communications, standard desktop PC applications, and library automation tools. Candidate of choice must be committed to the mission of the college. Experience in training or teaching adults preferred.
