Cross country practice starts August 12th, 2013. Practice will be at 9am Monday thru Friday. There are two races before school starts and the runners have been running on their own over the summer. Everyone is looking forward to practicing together and to a great season. The first race is August 24th and it is the Grand Rapids Mud Run! This is a fun 5k event with mud and obstacles along the route. What a way to start the season! But first there will be two weeks of practice together, time to run some hills, put in some mile repeats and build up that mileage.
