The Grace men ran the 5k Mud Run at Kentwood Community Church.  They ran over 7 foot tall walls, slid down slippery slopes, ran over sand dunes, through tires, mud that sucked your shoes off and puddles.  They even army crawled through some.  Zach Kemper earned a medal in this competition of over 2000 people.
