The first week of practice is off to a great start. The runners have had some good training runs, mile repeats at the park, distance run on the Kent Trails and mapping out courses around campus. The runners are busy with RA training (Liz and Jessica) and A-term classes (Ally). Everyone is getting to know each other and discovering that cross-country runners really are awesome people! The excitement is building to run the mud run in a couple of weeks.
