Summer training is the foundation of a strong cross-country season. I hope you are training and building an endurance base for the fall! I’m enjoying my summer running. July 3rd I ran in the Buck Creek run in Grandville. My time of 25:59 earned me the over-all master’s division plaque. (that means I was the fastest old lady on the course) Thanks to all my runners who have shared that they are training this summer and ready for a great season!
