Vice President for Business & Finance


Now accepting applications for the position of Vice President for Business & Finance The Vice President for Business & Finance is responsible to the President for the financial affairs of the College. Oversees all financial duties such of the College (i.e. monthly bank reconciliations, A/P, A/R and payroll) Acts as controller and bookkeeper, insuring internal control policies are adequate and timely. Staff Positions Contact


Part-Time, Housekeeping Supervisor
The primary objective for this position is to manage and train housekeeping employees and staff and assistant to Director of Facilities.

The qualifications include:
1. Acknowledge Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior and demonstrate personal maturity and godliness, growing in conformity to the image of Christ
2. Good organization and administrative skills
3. Prior work experience managing people and schedules
4. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree

Housekeeping Supervisor duties:
1. Responsible for housekeeping duties of all campus buildings
2. Supervises all housekeeping staff
3. Schedules student workers around classes and study time
4. Completes and approves time cards; submits to the Business Office
5. Rental coordinator to make sure buildings are ready for guests
6. Maintaining inventory of janitorial supplies in appropriate areas
7. Training and record keeping of Right-To-Know Information
8. Provide spiritual leadership to students and student workers via teaching, prayer, etc.
9. Coordinate the development, proposal and monitoring of the annual budget for housekeeping with the Director of Facilities
10. Attend staff meetings and any other required meetings and gatherings
11. Serve cooperatively with other staff, coordinating ministries with all other College-related programming
12. Exhibit loyalty to the other staff members and the mission of Grace Bible College
13. Perform all other duties as assigned by direct supervisor

Relationships 1. Report to Director of Facilities
2. Be responsible for student workers in housekeeping
3. Work closely with Director of Facilities
