Kerie Rudd Hits big 3 pointer

Oklahoma City, OK:  In the opening round of the ACCA National Tournament, the Lady Tigers played a great ball game but came out on the short end of a 66-64 overtime loss to Calvary Bible.  “We fell behind early and had to battle back twice from double digit deficits,” said Coach Rich Renzema.  “We just kept coming back but could not close the deal.”   Kerie Rudd hit a big three point shot to bring Grace within two.   Alex Rios had a steal and hit Jessica Sikorski inside to send the game into overtime.

Jessica Sikorski led GBC with 27 points and 18 rebounds.  Shelby Jamieson scored 13 points, Liz Nelson had 9 points, Alex Rios 8 and Kerie Rudd 7 points for Grace.

The Tigers play Emmaus Bible College Friday at 12:45 PM CST.
