Sikorski Nears 2000 point mark

The Tigers played well in spurts but turnovers again cost the ladies a chance for the victory. Trailing by 7 points at half time turnovers again plaqued the Tigers and Kentucky Christian quickly built the lead to 16 points.  The ladies would not give up and clawed their  way back into the game cutting the lead back to 8 points with 10 minutes remaining in the game. This was as close as the Tigers would get and lost by a final score of 65 – 42.

Jessica Sikorski lead all scorers with 26 points and 21 rebounds. Coach Renzema felt that this was one of Jessica’s best games ever. Kerie Rudd and Cassie Hidalgo played very well against the full court pressure of Kentucky.

The Tigers travel to Rochester MN next week to take on Crossroads College and Crown College.
