Dunbar, WI: The Lady Tigers made the long trip to Dunbar, Wisconsin and came away with a 67-50 victory over Northland International University. Going into the locker room with a 33-25, Coach Rich Renzema made a few adjustments and was able to increase the lead in the second half. “We really thought we could work our offense inside tonight,” said Renzema. “Jessica really responded well. This was a nice victory for the girls.”
Jessica Sikorski did respond well scoring 34 points and pulling down 17 rebounds. Shelby Jamieson added 11 points and 9 rebounds. Liz Nelson had 6 points to go along with 5 assists and 6 steals.
The Lady Tigers held a 37-21 rebound advantage for the game and shot 45% from the floor for the game.
The team will now travel to Manatowac, WI to take on Silver Lake College at 1:00pm on Saturday.
