The Lady Tiger offense erupted for a season high 86 points in a convincing victory over
Greak Lakes Christian. You wouldn’t know it based on the box score, but five of the eight Lady Tigers dressed for the game were fighting illness.
Abby Schultz (Calvary Schools of Holland) got things rolling with 18 of her 25 points in the first half as the Tigers jumped out to a 41-27 lead at the intermission. The shots continued to fall in the second half as they put the game out of reach. Anna Iwaniw (Kent City) finished with 18 points, Marissa Pelletier (Calvin Christian) had 11, and Sydney Wildeboer (Kent City) and Amy Leszinske (Ravenna) each reached double figures with 10. The Tigers shot 52% from the field for the game, also a season high.
The Lady Tigers will play two home games this weekend against Emmaus on Friday at 7 PM and against Lincoln Christian at 1 PM on Saturday.
