Tim Hubbard a 6’0″ guard from Creative Technologies Academy in Cedar Springs has signed to play basketball for Coach Bailey and the Tigers next fall.  Hubbard averaged 10.7 ppg and 9.1 rpg over his high school career.  He also served as Captain his senior year.

“We are really happy to have Tim and his family join our family at GBC,” said Coach Gary Bailey.  “I have known the Hubbards for a long time and Tim will fit in nicely at Grace.  He is a hard worker both on the court and in the classroom.”

Tim was also a standout in the classroom and received many honors for his efforts.  He was the class Salutatorian in 2011, President of the National Honor Society, High School Student of the Year as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior, and a member of the Student Leadership Team.

Tim is the son of Todd & Tanya Hubbard of Trufant, MI.  He has two sisters, Esther and Hannah, and a brother, Luke.  The family attends Kent City Baptist Church.

Tim plans to major in secondary eduacation.
