The men’s basketball team was playing tonight to uplift teammate Dan Dame who’s younger brother passed away unexpectedly this week. The Tiger’s played with a lot of emotion and it payed off with an 88-39 win over Great Lakes Christian College. Dan Dame had a career night with 17 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists…all season highs. Allen Durham led all scorers with 21 points and 11 rebounds. “This was an interesting game tonight” said Coach Bailey. “We weren’t expecting Dan to play but it was awesome to see him out there. He has wonderful family and they were all there cheering him on even during this difficult time. He played great!”

Grace outrebounded GLCC 63-28 but continued their shooting woes from the charity stripe hitting just 12 of 25 for 48%.

The Tigers travel to Holland, MI on friday to take on the Flying Dutchmen of Hope College.
