Tigers Win Opener 94-44

The Tigers  picked up where they left off last year winning in convincing style over a much improved Great Lakes Christian College squad.  All sixteen players saw good minutes with fourteen entering the scoring column.  Allen Durham led Grace with 20 points and 8 rebounds.  Ryan Krombeen hit for 16 points and 7 rebounds.  Cameron Myers and Matt Kurtz led Grace with 4 assists each.

 The Tigers led 42-20 at the half.  Grace hit 53.6% from the field and 68.2% from the line.  Great Lkaes was held to 26.7% shooting from the floor.  Grace held a 54 – 33 advantage in rebounding and an 18 – 7 advantage in assists.

The Tiger’s win streak now stands at 20 games.  Grace will travel to Davenport University on Friday, November 6th, to take on the University of St. Francis at 8:00pm.  The first game of the tournament will see Davenport University take on Kuyper College.
