After a weekend tournament the men’s basketball team still had enough energy to donate some time to travel to Baldwin, MI to help a local women’s retreat load and move firewood. The players loaded wood in trucks and moved the wood to porches and wood bins so the ladies would not have to travel during the winter. “It was a great opportunity to help some people out so that the winter would not be as hard on them this year”, said Coach Gary Bailey. “I won’t be able to move tomorrow but it was worth it. The guys really worked hard and did a lot of work today. I can’t imagine these ladies trying to do it all by themselves in the thick of winter.”

The Tigers will practice monday and tuesday and then take a few days off for the holidays. Grace plays in the Midwest Tip-off Tournament starting on Dec. 4th in Chicago.
