The Tigers put it all together and had production from all seventeen players as they defeated Moody Bible Institute 85-47 in Dunbar, WI. Thirteen players entered the scoring column with Allen Durham hitting 20, Cory Jamieson 13 and Ryan Krombeen 10. Durham pulled down 9 rebounds and Dan Dame had 5 assists for GBC. The Tigers led Moody in rebounds 35-21, assists 23-16, and steals 12-9.
Up 42-18 at the half, the Tigers continued their strong bench play in the second half. The Tigers shot a blistering 60% for the game while the Archers shot 32%. GBC shot 4 for 8 from the stripe compared to 6 of 17 for Moody.
Grace will play Lincoln Christian University in the final game of the Midwest Tip-off at 12:00pm on Saturday.
The Tigers have now won a school record of 26 consecutive NCCAA II games. GBC won all 20 of their NCCAA II games last year and have won their first 6 this year.
