Grace advanced to the final game of the NCCAA Region with a 77-63 win over Maranatha. The Tigers connected on 11 of 19 three pointers with Paul Nelson hitting 7 of 8 for a game high 21 points. Allen Durham had 17 and Brandon Herlein had 12. The Tigers held a 29-18 rebound adavantage and handed out more assists (19-13) than MBBC. The Tigers now face Northland at 2:00pm on Saturday. The winner advances to the NCCAA II national tournament in Springfield, MO. The two team met earlier this year with Grace winning the game in overtime.
Grace has now won a school record 15 games in a row and stands at 26-8.
