Springfield, MO: The Tigers came out of the gate showing plenty of rust from thirteen days off between Regionals and the National Tournament.  ” I was certain that the staff would have to sweep the rust off the floor during the first time out,” said Coach Bailey.  “I was happy with our defense all night but our offense needed  some work.”  The Tiger’s led at the half 34-19 in a less than impressive half by either team.

Allen Durham led Grace with 16 points and 11 boards.  Matt Kurtz 13, Cory Jamieson 11, and Ryan Dame 10, all hit double figures for Grace.  The Tigers held 1st Team All-American Kasey Jones to just 5 points for the game.  “Jones had over thirty when we played them back in November,” said Bailey.  “We did a nice job keeping him in check tonight.” 

The Tigers now stand at 29-7 on the season.
