Lansing, MI, -The Tigers beat GLCC 88-63. Allen Durham led thirteen players in the scoring column with 19 points and Dan Dame had 10. Durham also led the Tigers with 9 rebounds. Dan Dame and Cory Jamieson both had 3 assists.
The Tigers jumped out to an 18 point halftime lead and it never got any closer in the second half. “This was a good win for us,” said Coach Bailey. “We are still banged up but it was nice to rest some players and have others come in and not miss a beat. I think we are taping six bad ankles before every game right now and we just seem to stay hobbled by injuries. We will have to get healthy before tournament time.”
The Tigers outrebounded Great Lakes 40-12. The Tigers shot the ball as well as they have in the last six games by hitting 58%.
The Tigers will take on Kuyper College on Tuesday night at Kuyper and will play NCCAA II Ohio Christian University at home on Saturday.
