The Eagles of Emmaus played hard to the very end but they were no match for the Tigers Friday night in a game that featured individual and team milestones. The Tigers played all eighteen players that dressed and established a new defensive scoring record by limiting the Eagles to 27 points. But the night was most significant for senior Cory Jamieson (Wayland) who scored career point #1,000 with a game high 17 points. Jamieson also had his first career dunk, as did junior Greg Salmon. Sophomore Mike Svoboda had 10 points.
The Tigers shot 54% from the field while holding Emmaus to 22.4%.
Grace closes out the Tip-off Tournament tomorrow at 4 PM vs. Lincoln Christian University.
