The men’s basketball coaching staff traveled to Lansing, MI on Monday to participate in the Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan’s Annual Coaches vs Cancer Golf Outing at Walnut Hills Country Club.  Many of Michigan’s high school and college basketball coaches were on hand for this wonderful event.

Coach Gary Bailey had a chance to visit with Michigan State coach Tom Izzo before the tournament started.  “It was nice visiting with Coach Izzo a little before todays event.  We had a nice chat but I wasn’t able to secure a game just yet,” said Bailey.  “I’ll keep working on it.”

The event staff met their income goal and 100% of the proceeds going to cancer research.  The Grace staff came it at -9 under par.
