I understand that I am responsible for the submission and receipt of all official transcripts from institutions that I have previously attended. The college will accept, for its permanent file, only those transcripts issued directly to the college by the registrar of each aforementioned institution. Formal admission to Grace Bible College as a degree candidate is granted only after all admission materials have been received and all minimum standards have been met. I certify that the statements in this application are correct to the best of my knowledge. I further authorize Grace Bible College to make appropriate inquiries when necessary to certify the accuracy of my records. I understand that failure to answer any questions on this form truthfully and accurately could render ineligibility for admission or may result in my dismissal from Grace Bible College.
